• More than 78 hours in advance: Full refund (100%) of any payment already made.
• Less than 48 hours in advance: 50% of the tour price is charged.

Cancellation by us: If we must cancel the tour due to force majeure — inclement weather, sea conditions, or other safety concerns — we will notify you immediately. You may either reschedule the tour or request a full refund.
