Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour: The customer is responsible for paying 50% of the tour price. In the event that we cancels the tour due to force major circumstances, such as inclement weather, atmospheric conditions, or sea waves, the customer will be promptly notified of the tour cancellation.

They will then have the option to reschedule or cancel the tour. If the customer chooses to cancel the tour definitively and requests a full refund, they must inform us at the time of contact.
